Communication: Gigaset c430a Go Box no incoming calls

Hello everyone

I have a problem with my landline, since some time I am not reachable on my landline.

my setup consists of a Telekom fiber optic connection and behind it a Dream Machine pro and a gigaset c430a Go Box.

here is an overview of the versions

UniFi Network Application 8.3.32

gigaset c430a 42.263 (422630000000 / V42.00)

does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

Hey welcome,

First ovalll:

That need to be turn on.

Telekom removed normal DNS A record some time ago (3-4 years)

and provide the SIP Server just only via SRV Records.

Despite you're using a german GUI you prefer to communicate in english?

You should uncheck this box, but I'm not sure if this is related to your problem:

You could also try to lower the refresh values a little bit.

Do I get it right: outbound calls are always possible, but inbound calls do fail without exeption?

Did you not fill password ? Not sure on that but I need do it (it's my email password, not the PPPOE one) But my account older than 20 Years and Never use login...

gierig : I think the invisible user credentials are a "security feature" after configuring the SIP account via wizard - so technically speaking everything is at it's place. But I might be wrong here.

Yeah maybe that's different based on Firmware and exact model.

My old C610 just show some placeholders...

(password yes, no username)...

But as I say... telekom have that EasyLogin enabled, that may not need the Password

Alks may to check Network Connectivity, gateway using

Telekom DNS and so on.

Yes, that might be a little confusing.

I thought it would be better to write here in English so that everyone can read and understand it.

I forgot to change my gui for the pictures. Sorry for that.

I have deactivated the landline for incoming calls. Unfortunately that didn't help.

Before this error, the status of the landline was always visible as Connected. Now it always says disconnected.

It is correct that outgoing calls go out but incoming calls do not come in.

If you make a forwarding to a cell phone in the Telekom Telephony Center, everything works. If this is not active, the call to my Gigaset phone does not come in. On the cell phone with which I test the incoming call, I don't even get a free indication.

If Yes:

Register timer is set to 600 (10 min), thats way to long for the Default NAT Table timeout

on UDP traffic with is default 30 seconds on the UDM.

so set UDP time out to 650 then.

settings -> Security -> Traffic-Firewall-> Advance-> in the bottom ist the StateTimeout.

If NO:

not sure what than. How did you establish Internet? Or better: who do the PPPoE?

Is there a second Router? Modem?

Ja die ausgehenden Anrufe haben funktioniert nach der Anmeldung. Jeder Versuchen eines eingehenden Anrufes kommt nicht durch.
Es hat schon mal grundsätzlich funktioniert.

Die State Time outs habe ich entsprechend angepasst.

Das internet / PPPoE wird von der Dream Machine Pro vorgenommen.
Hier mein Aufbau. Ein weiteres Modem oder Router habe ich nicht.
Am Glasfaserkabel was bei mir rein kommt hängt nur das Schwarze Kästchen von der Telekom und dann geht es von dort direkt in die DMPro.
Dort habe ich die PPPoE Verbindung eingerichtet.

SIP selber is KEIN Stream oder als solcher gegenzeichnet.

Ok ich hab das angepasst leider hat es nicht geholfen.

Nö max, neu Anmelden (was nach ein 6 min eh passiert)

Seltsam, bleibst das denn angemeldet ? Hab grade nochmal geschaut. Timeout ist bei mir

480 Sekunden, grade auf 600 geändert wie bei dir. Funktioniert ohne Probleme (halt mit den

langen UDP timeouts auf der UDM)

das EINZIGE was max anders sein könnte ist:

Weil ich sagen mit mal daheim etwas mehr SIP mache und

einzelne Clients die ggf. dass gleiche Ziel hinter einem NAT haben unterscheidbar

sein müssen Wenn du aber sonst kein SIP zu Telekom hast.. sollte das egal sein.

(sollte sagt ja, na ja kannst ggf testen)

FW heißt bei mir auch 42.263 und Profil auch "d_telekom_de.bin 1453290480"

schaut also auch gleich us (auch wenn meine C610 Steinalt ist)

Ein wenig Ahnung von der ganze Thematik ?

dann über shh auf die UDM apt upgrade && iaht install sngrep

sngrep starten und schauen...

ist ein SIP Tracer der mit quasi Täglich hilft und es "einfacher" macht

für die ersten Analysen.

Ach sooo... Du nutzt Telekom DNS Server ? Für Telefonie durchaus wichtig.

Also kein Contenfilter und im WAN DNS auf auto.

Hier habe ich diese Ports. Was aber in Ordnung sein sollte weil ich wo anders kein SIP einsetze.

Hier mal das Ergebnis von meinen SIP Traue für einen eingehenden Anruf und dann für einen Ausgehenden Anruf. Der Ausgehende hat funktioniert und diesen habe ich dann auch beendet. Vielleicht kannst du hier mehr Rückschlüsse ziehen.

Wo sehe ich das ob ich den Telekom DNS Server nutze?
In der DMPro kann ich WAN DNS nicht auf Auto stellen. Wenn ich speichern möchte tut das die Konsole nicht.
Diese Einstellung habe ich aktuell.

Nen Anruf kommt an da ist doch schonmal was...Mach nochmal und gehe mit enter rein.

Da ist der Dialog ganz zusehen. zum Analysieren aber dan wohl besser im Hauptfenster F2

zu drücken und das alles als Pcap zu exportieren und mir zukommen lassen..

(btw, da sind deine Telefonnummern auf den Bildern zu sehen, daher evt. wieder löschen)

1 ist nen DNS abfrage, 2 und 3 STUN Server abfragen,

4 da ist "http://www.gigaset-config.com" der Gigaset eigen kram

5 der Gesuchte SIP Eintrag Da fällt aber auf "helper=sip".

Bei den StateTimeOouts hast du ein stück höher

SIP rausschmeißen oder GOBOX auf Port 5075 stellen damit der SIP Helper NICHT

greifen kann.

Der 192.168.100.2 ist dann schonmal kein DNS Server und damit Unsinn.

Das GlasfaserModem2 ist nur ein Modem, da sind keine Dienste die man verwenden kann

außer das Webinterface um zu kucken wie oink es ist.

Eigentlich solltest du beide IP bei DNS rausschmeißen können und auf Automatisch

stellen. Aber gut, aktuell bekommst du ja anrufe rein.

Der Trace zeigt zwar nur den FLOW und nur den Invite als Details.

aber das reicht schon. Anruf kommt von außen dein und erreicht auch deine

(btw, in dem FlowDiagram, dritte Zeile "FROM" deine handy Nummer)

Das sollte eher so aussehen...

Die Details der anderen Pakete währe ggf noch interessant, daher war

die Ursprüngliche frage mit einem Export des PCAP über F2..

aber nun gut GO Box Antwortet nicht.

Warum ist fraglich, selbst Mutwilige "nicht für eigehende" würde

trotzdem ne Antwort provozieren die dann später in Abweisung umschlägt.

Das dasd völlige ignorieren...

Das wolllte ich nur ehrlich muss ich zugeben ich bekomme das File nicnht von der DMP auf meinen Client.
