Overview

UA-Pro 2.11.14 includes the following improvements and bugfixes.

Improvements

• Added a prompt for unanswered calls.
• Improved the live view connection stability after answering doorbell calls.
• Improved the multi-language user interface and voice broadcast.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue where door unlocking with Access credentials failed temporarily after the device restarted.
• Fixed an issue where the username was not broadcast after switching the display language in the UniFi Access application's Settings > General > Advanced > Access Reader > Access Reader Language.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue where the authentication beep sound did not play following a door unlock authentication.
• Fixed an issue where doorbell notifications were not received on VIPTel.

To update manually, download the firmware from the provided link, then go to Site Manager > UniFi Console > Access > Devices > select your device > Settings > Manual Firmware Update.
