Hargassner Internet-Gateway blocked

So mine is working fine now since a year.

These are the necessary setting to the port which my Buderus device is connected:

Most important is to set the Tagged VLAN Management to "Block all"

Please open a new one of it and describe in detail your Setup.

This Thread is about Connectivity Issues specific with Unifi Hardware.

As summery: lots of IoT devices (include heater) don't like a switch port

with other VLAN on it. But that is default behavior in Unifi Switches.

So it help to set "Block ALL" on the Port.

Wir haben seit kurzem eine tolle neue Heizungsanlage der FA Hargassner.

Sie hängt über ein Internet-Gateway im Netz und kann (im besten Fall) online Informationen weitergeben und ggf. gezündet oder verstellt werden.

Anordnung bei mir ist

Kessel -> Gateway -> Switch -> USG -> Modem

Jeder mit fester IP; keine VLANs

Problem:

Das Gateway wird meines Erachtens vom USG kaltgestellt. Nach ca. einer Stunde, die es normal läuft und von außen erreichbar ist, wird die Verbindung dauerhaft…
