UniFi Access G3 Reader 3.13.19.0 includes the following improvements and bugfixes.

Improvements

• Support door unlocking using the Touch Pass added to Apple Wallet on an iPhone or Apple Watch. See this article for Touch Pass details and instructions.
• Requirements:
• Ensure G3 Readers are adopted in the Access application
• Access application 3.0.34 or later
• UniFi OS 4.1.11 or later
• Identity Endpoint for iOS 1.4.1 or later
• Access app for Android 2.4.0 or later
• Access app for iOS 2.4.0 or later
• Identity Enterprise app for Android 0.83.1 or later
• Identity Enterprise app for iOS 0.82.5 or later
• Enhanced the Mobile Tap experience.
• Requires the latest iOS mobile app version to allow door unlocking from a locked iPhone:
• Identity Endpoint for iOS 1.2.0 or later
• Identity Enterprise for iOS 0.82.1 or later
• Requires the latest Android mobile app version to ensure optimal Mobile Tap experience:
• Identity Endpoint for Android 1.2.0 or later
• Identity Enterprise for Android 0.82.1 or later
• Improved the door unlock stability. Update to UniFi OS 4.1.11 or later for optimal user experience.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue where door unlocking with Access credentials failed temporarily after the device restarted.

UniFi Access G3 Reader 3.16.8 includes the following bugfixes.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue where doors sometimes failed to unlock due to an Out Of Memory error.
• Fixed an issue where door unlock failures were not recorded in the System Log.
• Fixed an issue where the device might not respond when unlocking the door with credentials.

• This version is rolling out gradually. If you haven't received it yet, please wait. It will be available within the next few days. To update manually, download the firmware from the provided link, then go to Site Manager > UniFi Console > Access > Devices > select your device > Settings > Manual Firmware Update.
