We’re excited to announce the official launch of UniFi Talk Relay!

UniFi Talk Relay is a solution for monitoring and remote provisioning of UniFi Talk phones with third-party PBX providers. Unlike the classic UniFi Talk, where the PBX runs on a UniFi OS console, Talk Relay runs on Official Hosting, serving as a dedicated remote management tool.

Talk Relay is currently included in our Official Hosting service. Users purchasing an Official Hosting subscription can adopt UniFi devices from different product lines (Network and Talk) on the same Official Hosting site, providing maximum flexibility.

Currently, our latest third-generation UniFi Talk phones support standalone mode and can be configured with third-party PBX solutions like RingCentral, 3CX, Zoom, and others.
