Bei Klingeln Bild oder Video auf Smartphone?

    Hi zusammen,

    mir fällt es in der Unifi-Welt noch ein wenig schwer, da ich das Setup erst seit einigen Wochen betreibe.

    Folgendes beschäftigt mich:
    Wenn jemand an der Tür klingelt, ruft mich die Access App an aber ich sehe nicht, wer an der Tür steht. Es wird einfach kein Bild gezeigt. Ich wüsste gerne, wer da ist ;)

    Mein Setup sieht so aus:
    - UDMP
    - Door Hub Mini
    - G3 Reader Pro an der Tür zum Klingeln
    - G5 Turret Ultra auch an der Tür von oben

    Ich habe durchaus verstanden, dass der G3 Reader als Zugangskontrollsystem verstanden wird und "deshalb" kein Video in der Benachrichtigung mitschickt. Der Entwickler in mir versteht´s aber nicht.. egal.

    Ich hatte nun gehofft, ich könnte das Klingel-Event mit der G5 koppeln und mir das Bild per Push mit dazu schicken. Versuche, sowas per Webhook in Home Assistant zu realisieren hat bisher nicht funktioniert. Idealerweise sehe ich auch auf dem Smartphone wer da klingelt, wenn ich nicht im Netzwerk bin (sondern unterwegs).

    Wie löst ihr das?

    Bin noch am zusammenstellen der entsprechenden Komponenten, bisher werkelt nur die UDMPro.

    leider nein. Hat sich bislang hier auch keiner gemeldet leider ;)
    Als wäre ich der Einzige, der einen G3 Reader hat und beim Klingeln das Bild sehen möchte..

    Mir ist dabei unverständlich, wieso das mit der Doorbell gehen soll. Die kann dafür aber nicht mit einem Dongle oder per NFC aufschließen. Das ist etwas unbefriedigend.

    Ich weis nicht ob es hilft, aber dies habe ich auch den ui.com Seiten gefunden.

    Steps to Access Video from the G3 Reader:

    1. Ensure Proper Pairing:
      • Pair the G3 Reader with a door in the UniFi Access application. This allows you to access live video feeds and review unlock event recordings. For pairing instructions, refer to this guide.
    2. Enable Video Recording:
      • Navigate to Access application > Devices > Readers > select the G3 Reader > Settings > Video Recording.
      • Enable Record Videos for Unlock Events and set the recording duration before and after an unlock event.

      • You can view live video from the G3 Reader in the Access application or Protect application (if recordings are managed in Protect).

    Verstehe ich das richtig, dass sowas hier (siehe Video) bei dir bzw. in deinem Setup nicht läuft?
