Overview
UniFi Network Application 10.0.160 extends the official API, improves the settings user experience, and includes improvements and bugfixes below:
- Improved the WiFi, Hotspot, Network, and Internet settings user experience.
- Improved Official Network API.
- Extended scope:
- Devices - Retrieve unadopted devices and adopt new ones.
- Networks(VLANs) - Create and Manage VLANs.
- ACLs - Create and Manage ACLs.
- Basic supporting APIs.
- Retrieve the country list.
- Retrieve application list (DPI apps).
- Retrieve WANs.
- Retrieve VPN Servers.
- Improved API filtering options and error reporting.
Improvements
- Added support for DS-Lite over PPPoE.
- Requires UniFi OS 4.4.6 or newer.
- Added an Additional IPs option to the IPv4 Network Settings.
- Added Stats option to Port Manager when viewing All Ports.
- Added Remove and Pause actions in the Policy Table side panels.
- Added remote subnet overlapping validation for all Site-to-Site VPNs.
- Allow switching from All Traffic Flows to Block Traffic only on sites with an EFG or UXG-Enterprise.
- Allow IPv6 Interface Identifier for Zone-Based Firewall.
- Allow selecting "Any" and Public IPs for IPv4 ACL Policies.
- Allow searching the System Logs by VPN Client names.
- Improved UPS Product user experience.
- Added support for Auto Recovery power cycle.
- Added support for pairing with Gateway consoles.

- Adjusted DNS Server validation to allow entering IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses under Network Settings.
- Added the Additional IPs option to Network IPv6 Settings to add multiple IPv6 addresses, including ULA (Unique Local Address).

- Allow IPv6 Interface Identifier for Zone-Based Firewall.
- Improved Site-to-Site VPN validation for Remote Subnets.
- Improved Application stability and memory usage.

- Improved the Topology page filtering.
- Added Vendor and Device type filters.

- Previously opened side panels will automatically re-open when revisiting sections.
- Hide Activity Logging Settings when they are supported by the Control Plane.

Bugfixes
- Fixed an issue where Client Disconnect Alarm Manager notifications weren't being sent in rare cases.
- Fixed the inability to create MC-LAG configurations in rare cases.
- Fixed an issue where the Name Column failed to resize on the Clients page.
- Fixed an issue where UPS devices could disappear from the Device list in rare cases.
- Fixed an issue where VPN Client Disconnect events were missing in rare cases.
- Fixed the inability to create SD-WAN configurations in rare cases.
- Fixed a rendering issue for the AP Density widget on Safari browsers.
- Fixed an issue where MC-LAG peers could have different LAG settings applied in rare cases.
- Fixed an issue where Toast Redirections weren't working in rare cases.
- Fixed an issue where additional IPs weren't removed from the Gateway IP list.
- Fixed an issue where the Apply Changes button could be non-responsive in the Network settings in rare cases.
- Fixed network range validation issues when using SD-WAN.
- Fixed IPv6 validation for Orchestration networks.

- Create a backup before upgrading your UniFi Network Application if any issues are encountered.

- UniFi Network Application 7.5 and newer requires MongoDB 3.6 and Java 17.
- Version 7.5 to 8.0 supports up to MongoDB 4.4.
- Version 8.1 and newer supports up to MongoDB 7.0.
- Version 9.0 and newer supports up to MongoDB 8.0 and Java 17/21.
- UniFi Network Application updates may cause your adopted devices to be re-provisioned.
- Existing UniFi Network Applications must be on one of the following versions to upgrade directly to this version:

Most earlier versions are also supported for a direct upgrade, going back to 3.1.0.UniFi Network Native Application for UniFi OS
A specific application version that is only compatible with the UDM, UDR, UDR7, Express, Express 7, UCG-Ultra, UCG-Max, and UCG-Fiber (running UniFi OS 3.1.6 or newer).
- The UniFi OS update uses the application version required for your console.
- The manual update process via SSH requires you to use the compatible package. Incompatible packages will be rejected on installation.
- Older UniFi OS versions (before UniFi OS 3.1.6) on the UDM and UDR still use regular UniFi Network Application for UniFi OS.
