In this version, we’re excited to introduce the updated UX of the Devices section, which enables you to get a better overview of all your devices' status and respond quickly to those that are waiting for adoption, updates, or in an abnormal state. Overview

• Added support for pre-defining schedules and using them for access policies or as leave unlocked schedules.
• To create a pre-defined schedule:

Method 1:

1. Go to Settings > Policies.
2. Click + New Schedule.
3. Specify the schedule name, time frame, and holiday exceptions as needed.
4. Click Apply Changes.

Method 2:

1. Go to Settings > Policies.
2. Click + New Policy or select a policy.
3. Click Custom and specify the schedule.
4. Tick the Save as a pre-defined schedule checkbox.
5. Click Apply Changes.

• To use a pre-defined schedule for an access policy:

1. Go to Settings > Policies.
2. Click + New Policy or select a policy.
3. Click Custom and tick the Use a pre-defined schedule checkbox.

1. Go to DEVICES > Location Hubs.

Overview

UniFi Access application 1.6.4 has added support for showing the Door Position Switch (DPS) status on the dashboard, added more system logs for easy issue diagnosis, optimized device and user management, and fixed some issues.

• Now the DPS and lock status have been merged and are displayed in Dashboard > Locations. A DPS is used to detect the open or closed status of a door and send the status to your door access system.
