    Overview

    * This release is only for Gen6 Access Points

    Bugfixes

    • [UAP] Fix incorrect manual firmware update URL leading to the AP going offline in the Network Application.
    • [UAP-Gen6] Fix AP getting stuck when rebooting after a firmware update.
    • [UAP-Gen6] Fix Error-A12 state on APs after a firmware update, leading to various side-effects (AP getting stuck randomly, firmware updates failing, etc.).

    Known issues

    We have discovered an issue that causes APs to cycle between 'Getting Ready' and 'Online' repeatedly if Lock to AP is in-use, causing unstable client connectivity.

    This version is being pulled from the Official release channel while we fix this.

    Additional information

    • U6-Pro/Mesh needs to be upgraded to 5.67.0 first before upgrading to 5.68.0+.
    • Instead of using the manual links, you can also subscribe to your desired firmware channel, as described here.
    • Please refer to this article to find more details on how to identify your Access Point generation.
    • All URLs use HTTPS. This assumes your device(s) are running 3.7.56 or later and that the device's date is properly set. Please change URLs to HTTP for device(s) running earlier firmware or if the date is incorrect (e.g. if device can't reach a NTP server).

    Hat jemand das Release auf einem U6-Pro ausprobiert? Mit der 6.2.39 verlieren insbesondere ältere Apple Devices bei mir ständig die Verbindung, das ist unbenutzbar für mich.

    Es wurde gestern angeboten und installiert, aber wir haben keine Apple Devices älter als ein iPhone XR.


    Insofern keine Auffälligkeiten mit 6.2.47 bisher.

    hmmmmm, also ganz schlau werde ich aus der Updatepolitik nicht.

    Ich verwende nur die Official Versionen und rufe diese über das network auf, wenn sie mir dort angeboten werden, dann Installiere ich sie.


    Bis heute bekam ich die 6.2.47 NICHT angeboten, ABER jetzt stand da bei mir unter Device in der Spalte Firmware Status: "Click to Update".

    Es hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert, ABER ich habe die Version 6.2.49 installiert bekommen und die kann ich für meine U6-Mesh auf der Downloadseite nicht mal finden.



    Einen U6-Mesh habe ich aktualisiert von 6.2.39 weil 6.2.49 weil eine 6.2.47 wurde mir nie angeboten.



    Keine Ahnung was die da bei Unifi gerade treiben.




    ah, jetzt habe ich es gefunden, die neue FW 6.2.49 befindet sich in der dritten Zeile auf der Webseite!

    Ich war bisher gewohnt, dass die aktuelle mir in der ersten Zeile angezeigt wird!

    Jetzt muss man aber die History aufklappen auf der Webseite um überhaupt die aktuelle FW Version sehen zu können!

    Verstehen muss ich das jetzt aber nicht:

    * This release is stable for Gen6 APs, it's still a RC for all other models (changelog includes changes from 6.2.44 and 6.2.47).
