Was, die ist in der 7.4.149 weg, dann gebe ich meine UDM zurück. 🤣

Jedenfalls war sie in der 7.4.146 noch vorhanden, im Setting umstellen bei der 12/24 Stunden EEinstellung.

Und die Übersetzung ist besser als bei der alten Version. Aber bei einer Beta bleibe ich lieber beim Englisch.

Ich kann in WifiMan die Server auswählen. er stellt den aber immer wieder zurück.

Der Server "unbelievable.speed to Germany kommt nie über 500 MBit.

Wenn ich Misaka Network, Inc. in WiFiMan auswähle, kann ich ein mal den Test von der UDM SE fahren und lande bei 920 - 970 MBit/sec.

Da nach wieder der andere, der auch bei den Ping Zeiten langsamer ist, beide Standort Berlin.

Idee war hilfreich, aber ich lande nur in Logfiles. Was mir sagt, es wird on-the-fly erstellt/genutzt. Ähnlich scheint es bei WiFiMan.

Aber auf blöd habe ich nach speedtest gesucht und siehe da, es gibt /usr/bin/udapi-speedtest.sh
Oh wunder, sie nutzen iperf3. Aber auch hier sehe ich nicht, wo die Server herkommen.

Was mir gerade einfallt, welcher server wird bei die direkt in der UDM-SE ausgewählt? Bei meinen Standort in frankreich wird immer OneProvider.com genommen. Daher gehe ich davon aus, dass der Server nicht hardcoded ist.

Genau so sehe ich es auch. Sie haben scheinbar eine Liste, die sie ab testen. Und die Entscheidung fällt dabei nach der Entfernung.

Dieses ist wiederum voll bescheuert. Nur, weil unbelievable-speed dichter dran ist, als Misaka wird dieser genommen, obwohl Misaka Network schneller ist und scheinbar auch bis 1000 MBit/s unterstützt.

speedtest.net https://www.misaka.io/locations/ber02 die Location ist in Berlin Tempelhof.

Dies sieht man in WiFiMan. Dort wird die Liste angezeigt und man kann sie auswählen.

Ich bin mit iperf noch nicht vertraut, aber scheinbar kann man das udapi script anpassen und einfach die gewünschte Server ID/URL eintragen. Musst mal auf die MAN Page von iperf3 gehen. Dennoch meinte ich gesehen zu haben das UniFi eine API verwendet mit Token.

Scheint für die meisten Home-User nicht so wichtig zu sein. Da lasse ich mir Zeit, zurzeit läuft hier alles rund. Gut, Darstellungsproblem gibt es immer noch, aber die Website-Entwickler hinken immer noch in Teilen der alten Oberfläche hinterher.

Was ich mir z. B. wünsche, wäre das in der Topologie auch meine beiden WAN-Links angezeigt werden und diese Horizontal angezeigt werden kann. Liest man fast in jeder Release-Version seit Monaten. Wobei die Topologie sowieso immer wieder durcheinander ist.
Ein Rätsel ist mir auch die Reihenfolge der AP und Geräte in der Topologie.

UniFi Network Application 7.4.156 adds support for OpenVPN Server, and improves the Port Profiles and Port Manager sections.

OpenVPN Server

OpenVPN is a VPN server found in the Teleport & VPN section that allows you to connect to the UniFi network from a remote location. If you are currently using the L2TP VPN server, then we recommend to switch over to WireGuard or OpenVPN.

Port Profiles and Port Manager

Improved the UX of the Port Profiles and Manager to allow easily specifying a Virtual Network on each port directly without the need for a Port Profile.

• Added support for IPTV through IGMP Proxy (requires UXG or a UniFi Gateway Console).
• Added DHCP IP leases overview in Network Settings (requires UniFi Console with UniFi OS 3.1+).

Clients and Devices

• Fixed unable to load the Devices page in rare cases.
• Fixed inconsistent All Time Internet Activity in the Insights section of the Client side panel.
• Fixed VLAN IDs are not correctly reported for clients.

Known issues

• OpenVPN Clients are not shown on the client page. This functionality requires UniFi OS 3.1+.
• Port Manager on mobile apps may have issues updating settings. This functionality requires using UniFi app iOS 10.0.0 / Android 10.0.0 or newer.

UniFi Network Native Application for UniFi OS

A specific application version that is only compatible with the UDM and UDR (running UniFi OS 3.1.6 or newer).

• The UniFi OS update uses the application version that is required for your console.
• The manual update process via SSH requires you to use the compatible package. Incompatible packages will be rejected on installation.
• Older UniFi OS versions (before UniFi OS 3.1.6) on the UDM and UDR still use regular UniFi Network Application for UniFi OS.
