    Improvements

    Doors & Windows

Introducing support for doors, windows, and other wall segments that don't extend from floor to ceiling.

    • Doors and windows render with accurate height and positioning in 3D, including the wall material that auto-fills above and below each segment.
    • WiFi coverage calculation accounts for signal passing above and below partial-height wall segments, using the correct wall material attenuation for each portion.
    • The distance from the floor and ceiling is configurable per wall type, both for predefined materials and custom materials.

    Quality of Life Improvements

    • WiFi coverage is now calculated on the back of ceiling-mounted access points, so signal reaching the floor above is visible in multi-floor coverage.
    • InnerSpace now remembers the last visited floor plan when navigating away and returning.
    • Improved wall styles for hovered and selected walls to make materials easier to differentiate.
    • Added a specific error message for browsers that don't support WebGL.

    Bugfixes

    • Fixed an issue where devices were not filtered by the selected site, showing all devices regardless of which site was active.
    • Fixed an issue that could cause a crash when opening camera calibration for cameras mounted extremely high.
    • Fixed an issue that could cause a crash when displaying the icon for UP-SENSE set to detect water leaks.
    • Fixed an issue that could prevent UVC-G6-Pro-Turret cameras from appearing in InnerSpace.
    • Fixed an issue where detection icons were not displaying correctly in 3D.
    • Fixed an issue where floor alignment could result in duplicated floors.
    • Fixed an issue where clicking "Restore Default" on a built-in wall material could cause an error.
    • Fixed an issue where the color picker in the custom wall side panel could not be reopened after closing.
    • Fixed an issue where toggle inputs in the Edit Wall Material side panel reverted when changed while the form was saving.

    Improvements

    Attenuation Objects

Introducing Attenuation Objects, a new way to model real-world obstructions like furniture, racks, or other materials that affect WiFi and camera coverage.

    • Draw rectangular or freeform polygonal attenuation objects directly on the floor plan.
    • Choose from a set of default object types or create custom types with adjustable height and attenuation.
    • WiFi coverage calculation factors in attenuation based on object density and depth; camera coverage treats objects as fully opaque.
    • Rendered in 2D and 3D with adjustable opacity for floor plan readability.

    Quality of Life Improvements

    • Camera coverage on the floor plan is now divided into the four DORI zones (Detection, Observation, Recognition, Identification), replacing the previous three smart detection zones. As a result, coverage areas may appear larger than before for the same camera placement.
    • Improved camera coverage calculation to account for partial-height wall segments such as doors and windows. Cameras can now see above or below these segments, with coverage extending into areas that were previously blocked.
    • Added keyboard shortcuts to switch between modes in the plan editor:
    • S: select
    • W: walls
    • F: floor alignment
    • A: attenuation objects
    • Sensors now display a real-time halo on the floor plan to indicate state at a glance, with red for critical events or unsafe environmental readings and blue for motion.
    • WiFi coverage now displays the exact signal strength in dBm at the cursor location in the coverage legend.

    Bugfixes

    • Fixed an issue that could cause WiFi coverage to crash when switching to the 6 GHz band.
    • Fixed an issue where E7 Audience did not show 6 GHz coverage and WiFi BaseStation XG did not show any coverage.
    • Fixed an issue that prevented switching antenna types on devices like the U7-Outdoor.
    • Fixed an issue that could cause out-of-memory crashes on large deployments.
    • Fixed an issue where walls with very high attenuation could let WiFi coverage show through visually.
    • Fixed an issue where walls did not scale correctly when the floor plan scale changed.
    • Fixed an issue where switching floor plans in 3D did not re-center the view on the new plan.
    • Fixed an issue where door, window, and garage icons on UP Sense devices did not show a hover effect.

    Overview

This release introduces SuperLink Gateway coverage visualization and new Interference and SNR coverage modes, along with quality-of-life improvements and multiple bug fixes.

    Improvements

    SuperLink Coverage

Introducing SuperLink Gateway coverage visualization, so you can confirm sensors are positioned within reliable range of their gateway.

    • Hovering or selecting a USL-Gateway shows a coverage overlay for the gateway's radio range. The overlay is also shown while placing sensors, so you can drop them within range.
    • Coverage accounts for wall types and floor slabs, including multi-floor attenuation when the project spans multiple levels.
    • Coverage range reflects the antenna configured on the gateway, both standard and high-gain are supported.

    Interference & SNR Coverage

Two new coverage modes have been added to help identify channel planning issues.

    • Added Interference as a new coverage mode. Shows how many access points on the same channel reach each location on the floor plan, with a green-to-amber-to-red scale that makes co-channel conflicts easy to spot.
    • Added SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio) as a new coverage mode. Highlights areas where the desired signal is weak relative to background interference, helping you identify spots where client connections will be degraded.
    • Both modes include a legend with the scale appropriate to each mode, and update in real-time when channel assignments change.

    Quality of Life Improvements

    • Added tooltips to the coverage types in the WiFi coverage legend, explaining what each one represents.

    Bugfixes

    • Fixed an issue that could cause InnerSpace to crash when switching floors in 3D.
    • Fixed an issue that could prevent PDF files from being uploaded as floor plans.
    • Fixed an issue that prevented copying and pasting walls and attenuation objects.
    • Fixed an issue where changing the scale of one floor could change device heights on other floors.
    • Fixed an issue where attenuation objects were not included when importing a project from Design Center.
    • Fixed an issue where the G6 180 camera rendered 360 degrees of coverage instead of 180 degrees, where ceiling mount was not available for the device, and where it showed no coverage when hovered in 3D.
