Overview

This release includes updates to the core components and a new version of the console communication layer to enhance performance and better support future features and functionality.

Due to the scope of the underlying changes, we recommend a gradual update for customers with multiple phones.

Improvements

• Integrated new console application communication layer.
• Added ability to view users' live statuses.
• Added ability to display additional information on the source of Smart Attendant, Group, transferred, and Ring Flow calls.
• Implemented improved call handling for groups with users in Do Not Disturb or Redirect status.

• Implemented UI/UX improvements.
• Implemented updated support file upload mechanism.

Bugfixes

• Fixed various issues that could prevent conference calls from working correctly.
• Fixed issue that could cause incorrect behavior of scheduled status.
• Fixed an issue that could cause incorrect behavior of audio output after receiving a second active call.
• Fixed an issue that could prevent the phone from working correctly for a small subset of users after boot.
