• Fixed the issues where doors sometimes could not be unlocked using authorized PINs or NFC cards. Issues includes:
• Unlocking a door required multiple attempts to scan an NFC card or input a PIN.
• The reader didn’t respond to the NFC card scanning.
• The reader incorrectly indicated an authorized NFC card as an “Invalid card”. To resolve this issue, please update your Access application to v1.6.8 or above and Identity Enterprise Agent to v1.55.1 or above.

Device

• Reduced device overheating and lag when detection sensitivity is set to 2 meters.

Others

• Fixed the delayed response issue in the LED indicator, indication sound, and display when scanning an NFC card.
• Fixed the issue where the device’s time couldn’t sync the change between winter and summer time from the UniFi Console.

Known issues

The following two issues will occur when UA Pro is used with UA Hub. They will be fixed in an upcoming UA Hub 4.2.x update.

• Issue 1: The UA Pro screen fails to show the door-opening animation when a door is unlocked using the remote unlock feature on the UniFi Access application or mobile app.
• Issue 2: After someone triggers the doorbell, the doorbell animation and sound on UA Pro persist even after a door is unlocked by clicking the Unlock button on the UniFi Access application prompt. The person at the door must manually dismiss the doorbell or wait for it to time out (after 1 minute) for the animation and sound to stop. This issue does not occur if Unlock is clicked after answering the doorbell.
