Overview
This release includes updates to the core components and a new version of the console communication layer to enhance performance and better support future features and functionality.
Due to the scope of the underlying changes, we recommend a gradual update for customers with multiple phones.
Improvements
- Integrated new console application communication layer.
- Added ability to view users' live statuses.
- Added ability to display additional information on the source of Smart Attendant, Group, transferred, and Ring Flow calls.
- Implemented improved call handling for groups with users in Do Not Disturb or Redirect status.
- Added support for Phone Designer
- Implemented improved interoperability with Bluetooth headsets.
- Implemented UI/UX improvements.
- Implemented updated support file upload mechanism.
- Updated version of Protect, Access, and Identity.
Bugfixes
- Fixed various issues that could prevent conference calls from working correctly.
- Fixed issue that could cause incorrect behavior of scheduled status.
- Fixed an issue that could cause incorrect behavior of audio output after receiving a second active call.
- Fixed an issue that could prevent the phone from working correctly for a small subset of users after boot.
