Networker und jkasten haben deine Fehler korrekt bestimmt.

Also bitte Verkabelung prüfen und schau ob dein Switch ein Management Interface hat und prüfe dort das die Ports alle VLAN durch reichen oder zumindest dein Fritzbox LAN.

Hat dein Switch nicht solche Fähigkeiten, ist quasi dumm, so auch dort die Verkabelung prüfen.

Neuste Firmware auf den Switch? Diese bringen immer wieder Verbesserungen mit SFP Modulen.

Manchmal hilft auch die Linkgeschwindigkeit fest auf 10 einzustellen und nicht Auto

Ich denke die Mikrotik werden nicht immer korrekt erkannt, Unifi hat schon immer ein Problem mit SFP+ Modulen anderer Hersteller.

Gibt hier aber bestimmt Empfehlungen welche gut laufen.

Woher bekommen beide ihre Spannung, da die Fritzbox ja kein POE hat.

Und irgendwie schaut es aus als hingen beide am selben Port.

Ist der Network zu alt werden neuere AP nicht erkannt, daher erst alles auf aktuellem Stand bringen.

Zu alte Firmware und/oder Controller?

In der Fritte unter Netzwerk ne IPV4 Route setzen.

IP das Netz wo dein Bosch Controller sitzt und Ziel die WAN IP deiner UCG.

UCG als exposed Host?

Auf jedenfalls in der Fritzbox ein Routing, in das Netz des Bosch-Controller setzen.

Der schwätzt ein wenig viel erklärt aber gut

Und wer macht den DHCP?

Du kannst auch probieren im AP unter Einstellungen den DHCP aus statische IP umstellen.

IP die die er hat 10.0.0.241

Sub ist 255.255.255.0

Gateway die IP deines Router/Modem

DNS 1 ebenfalls und alternativ zB 1.1.1.1
