    Door Access

    • Added support for activating emergency mode in Services > Door Access.

    Overview

    Identity Enterprise 1.55.22 has added support for 6 GHz WiFi, enhanced the process of UniFi OS user import, UA device migration, and Identity Enterprise activation, and fixed issues with Identity Enterprise activation.

    Improvements

    • Added support for 6 GHz WiFi.
    • Optimized the UniFi OS user import performance.
    • Implemented a mechanism to verify and rectify abnormal statuses encountered during the migration process from UniFi Access to Identity Enterprise and during the import of users/user groups to Identity Enterprise Manager.
    • The Agent will re-manage UA devices following a failed migration of UA devices from the Agent to UniFi Access.
    • Allow requesting a new workspace or activating UniFi Identity Enterprise on a UniFi Console using the same email address, provided that you have deactivated your previous workspace.

    Bugfixes

    • Fixed the issue where UniFi OS admins with customized roles lost their permissions after being imported to Identity Enterprise.
    • Fixed data synchronization failure during UniFi Identity Enterprise activation caused by conflicting floor names between Identity Enterprise Manager and the Access application.
    • Fixed the issue where the UniFi OS owner was not displayed in the door attendant list, despite being assigned as a door attendant in the Access application before UniFi Identity Enterprise activation.
    • Fixed the following issues that occurred when UniFi Identity Enterprise was activated after adopting UA Hub Elevator in the Access application:
    • User groups were removed from door access policies.
    • Elevator floors assigned to visitors were removed.
    • Fixed the issue where UniFi OS users’ NFC cards and PINs were not synchronized to Identity Enterprise when adding the first console to a new workspace and enabling the Auto Merge and Auto Invite features in the UniFi OS user import settings.
    • Fixed the issue where UniFi OS users and their UI accounts were automatically removed if their accounts were merged with Identity Enterprise accounts.

    Additional information

    If your UniFi OS version is 3.1.x, please follow the steps below to update the Identity Enterprise Agent:

    1. Go to your UniFi OS > Applications > UniFi OS.
    2. Select Official from Release Channel.
    3. Click Apply Changes.
    4. Update your Identity Enterprise Agent version.

    If your UniFi OS version is 3.2.x, please follow the steps below to update your Agent:

    Method 1

    1. Go to your Identity Enterprise Manager > Settings > UniFi Consoles.
    2. Click a console and a panel will prompt.
    3. If a new version is available, you will see an Update Identity Enterprise Agent link above the Overview session, click the link to update.

    Method 2

    1. Go to your OS Settings > Identity Enterprise > Manage.
    2. Click Update Identity Enterprise.

    • Fixed the issue where unsupported services were activated automatically when a console was added to an existing workspace.

    1. Go to your Site Manager > Applications > UniFi OS, select the Official channel, and click Apply Changes.
    2. Update your Identity Enterprise Agent version.

    For UniFi OS 3.2.x

    1. Go to your Site Manager > Applications > UniFi OS, select the Official channel, and click Apply Changes.
    2. Do either of the following:
