    Kleine Frage zieht sich die Chime selber das Update?

  • Sind zwar separat aufgeführt aber auch in der neusten Final von Protect enthalten und sollten sich automatisch aktualisieren

  • Doofe frage wo sehe ich den Firmware stand bei der Glocke?

    Unter Protect -> Unifi Devices -> Chime -> Overview



    Des Weiteren kannst du die Chime einem bestimmten AP zuweisen


    Unter Network -> UniFi Devices -> Chime -> Settings


  • Ja die Chime springt nicht zwischen den APs hin und her sondern von heute auf morgen war an der Stelle wo die Chime war einfach verbindungssbrüche daher habe ich die woanders geparkt jetzt.

    Es hat sich aber nichts im Netzwerk geändert.


    Das mit dem Fixen vom AP ist doof wenn der AP weg ist hatte ich schon bei einem anderen Produkt lies sich das Gerät nicht nenne es mal ausbilden und auf anderen AP Fixieren.

  • Updates der Chime sowie von den Cam's werden automatisch ausgerollt, wenn Protect aktualisiert wird.


    Welche Protect Version hast du am laufen?

  • Seltsam die neuste ist die 2.9.33 als Final und im Beta die 2.9.41.

    Mal in die Übersicht des Gateway geschaut?

  • Welche FW hast du auf der SE? um Protect 2.9.x zu installieren benötigst du mindestens eine FW 3.0 oder höher auf der SE

  • Ganz seltsam, Stelle mal deine Updates von offiziell auf Beta, geh in die Network App unter Settings/Update und klicke "Search Update". Danach wieder in die SE Settings und Update wieder von Beta auf offiziell stellen.
