Genau so habe ich das auch, ich warte einfach mal paar Tage ob die Kameras es selbst checken.

Die manuelle suche nach Device Firmware Updates in Protect sagt alles up to date
meine G4 Inst und G5 Flex haben seeeeeeehr lange gebraucht zum Updaten. Erst lief das Protect Update und dann kam preparing for Update. Nach 15min. stand dann immer noch preparing, dann dachte ich mir, leck m!ch am aller wertesten und habe die Cam's einzelnd neugestartet. Und siehe da, die Updates liefen zäh durch!
Siehe da, mein Dicker Mops wird als 4 Beiner erkannt! Leider gibbes beim Home Assistant noch keine Entitäten für Animal motion. Bei wem es auf Anhieb nicht erkannt wird, einfach gucken ob bei den einzelnen Cam's -> Recording Mode -> Edit Smart Detections Zones [ * ] Animal aktiviert ist!

Also bei mir klappt das mit den Tieren noch nicht. Meine Marder müssten doch eigentlich als Katzen erkannt werden, oder?

oft hilft, einmal von EA auf Final, und wieder zurück zu stellen

Hat noch zu keinem Erfolg geführt, versuche es später nochmal

Nach nun 2 Tagen Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass es zwar funktioniert, aber noch nicht ausgereift ist. Von ca. 10x wo eine Katze und ein Fuchs an meiner Kamera vorbei spaziert ist, wurde genau 1x ein Tier erkannt. Nicht mal das schnüffeln der Katze an der Kamera wurde als Tier erkannt. Aber ist ja noch in der Beta Phase.
