    bei mir hats komische Nebenwirkungen. Die Vorschaubildchen sind bei mir nach dem Update alle nur noch schwarz mit drehender Sanduhr in der Mitte. Wenn ich sie öffne ist das Video aber da.

    Und ich seh plötzlich Vorschaubildchen aus März und Juli (also die schwarze Version) und kann auch das Video dazu öffnen, obwohl ich eine Retention Time von 3 Tagen eingestellt habe. Vor dem Update waren auch nur die letzten drei Tage sichtbar.

    Ein Stückweit allerdings bedenklich, wenn da im Hintergrund Videos verbleiben, die man gelöscht glaubt....

    Was aber sehr strange ist: Die Vorschaubilder vom März (die es gar nicht hätte geben dürfen) sind jetzt weg, obwohl ich vorhin die Videos dahinter anzeigen konnte. Die Vorschaubilder vom Juni sind noch da. Dürfte es auch nicht geben.


    Nachtrag: unter "Playback" und Auswahl der Kamera sind es nur die eingestellten letzten drei Tage

    Da würde ich auch nochmal abwarten, evtl liegen die Bilder noch im Cache und die Clips sind nicht mehr vorhanden. Wer weis wie die Batchverarbeitung des Updates ist. Es kann evtl je nach Grösse/Geschwindigkeit der Festplatte dauern. Wenn die besagtren Bilder bis heute Abend immer noch vorhanden sind, würde ich es mal mit nem Neustart versuchen. Keine Garantie für irgendetwas, aber ein Neustart bewirkt manchmal Wunder

    die Bilder waren vor dem Update ja gar nicht da und sind erst durch das Update sichtbar geworden. Die Clips dahinter sind wie gesagt da.
    Da liegen also Clips auf der Platte, die Protect bisher nicht gezeigt hat und die März-Clips zeigt er jetzt wieder nicht. Ob sie noch auf der Platte liegen, weiß ich nicht

    leider klingelt es nicht, das wäre noch gut.

    Ich hab mal getestet mit der aktuellen Firmware

    Setup: Doorbell Pro , Chime(der "alte" für die Steckdose), iPhone im Wlan, Protect App am iPhone ist Testflight



    Chime läutet direkt mit dem Anklingeln, iPhone mit 0,5-1 Sekunde verzögerung

    …. Auf dem IPad ist nach dem Update und über Safari beim Aufruf von Protect der Bildschirm weiss….

    Alleine letztes jahr wurden run 65 Millionen Ipads verkauft , dass ein paar User Probleme haben (durch welche Gründe auch immer, muss ja nicht das ipad schuld sein) gibt es immer. Und du hörst halt immer nur von den wenigen die Probleme haben


    Aber generelles Problem ist es nicht, sonst würde es ja nirgends gehen.
