Und direkt einen bestellt. Kommt schon übermorgen an und wird auch direkt dann in Betrieb genommen. Hat jemand von der Befestigungsplatte, die man an die Wand schraubt die Maße von der U6 Pro und weiß, ob man die 1 zu 1 verwenden kann. Würde mir dadurch ein bisschen Arbeit ersparen.

U7 Pro uses the AP Professional Mounting System. It can be installed using the same metal mounting plate as the following AP models:

What do I need to run U7 Pro?

U7 Pro is managed with UniFi Network 8.0.26 and later.

U7 Pro is powered by PoE+ with a 2.5 GbE uplink. We recommend pairing U7 Pro with a UniFi PoE switch that features 2.5 GbE performance and PoE+ output, such as Pro Max and Enterprise PoE switches.

U7 Pro is fully backwards compatible with WiFi 6E and earlier client devices. A WiFi 6E or WiFi 7 client device is required to utilize the 6 GHz band.

Can I customize the appearance of my U7 Pro?

Yes, a fully customizable cover will be available in the second quarter of 2024 for U7 Pro.

Hast Du WiFi7 Endgeräte und einen Switch mit 2.5 GbE Ports?

5GHz hat nur 2x2 Mimo. Der U6 Pro hat 4x4

ich glaube die Unterschiede merkst du vor allem dann, wenn du auch schon Wi-Fi 7 Endgeräte hast. Die sind aktuell noch rar gesät, aber die kommen halt immer und immer mehr... Da die meisten Endgeräte eh wieder nur MIMO 2x2 unterstützen werden, macht es somit auch wenig Sinn, auf eine Enterprise oder Pro+ Variante zu warten.

Nein, nur die Lite Switche. Also 1Gb/s

Wifi7 wird erst in ca 1 Jahr Final. aktuell komplett uninteressant. und mit 2x2 reizt er mich gar nicht. ich hab nen 6E mit 4x4 . bringt deutlich mehr.

Aber da du eh nur 1G hast, sowieso egal. selbst wifi 6 kann theoretisch bis zu 10x mehr, und der 6 pro hat mit 4x4 nur vorteile

Interessant das die Wifi7 APs den Sensor von UI mangels Bluetooth nicht unterstützen.

Wenn hier jemand seinen U7-Pro instaliiert versucht bitte mal das einbinden per QR Code.

Bin gerade dabei einen U7Pro einzubinden.

Jetzt beim Firmware aktualisieren hat es sich so angehört als wurde da ein Lüfter drin laufen.

Jetzt im normalen Betrieb ist aber ruhe.
